NOTE REGARDING STATUS: Once an order is placed and payment has been made the order is put into our production planning process. The next expected status will be "Shipped" once the order has shipped. Between ordering and shipment there is no other status that should be expected beyond "Awaiting Fulfillment / In Production". Our doors generally ship within our quoted lead time (5-6 weeks for stock units and 12-14 weeks for special order or custom units). What does in-stock mean?

When a door is "in-stock" and/or indicated as "Quick Ship" it means all components are in-stock and available, but we don't stock fully assembled doors due to the wide variety of configuration options. Each door is meticulously fabricated and tailored to the specific configuration you've ordered, then inspected and securely crated for shipping. In-stock doors typically ship within 4-5 weeks from our North Carolina facility, with varying transit times based on your location. For the latest lead time info, check the product page as lead times may vary depending on the product. We request that you refrain from contacting us for lead time inquiries, as this information is accurate and readily available on our website and is the same information that would be provided by phone or email. We don't offer expedite options to ensure fairness for all customers. Our commitment is to ship to our customers within our industry-leading lead times.
