At Grand Entry Doors, we are committed to providing the highest quality products and services at fair prices. To uphold this commitment in a challenging economic environment, we will be implementing a price adjustment starting in January 2025.
Over the past five years, we have worked hard to maintain our prices, even as costs have risen significantly. In 2021, during the peak of construction material costs, we made the decision to absorb supplier price increases rather than pass them along to you. We recognize the impact inflation has had on American consumers, and like you, we have felt this impact significantly. While we’ve done our best to shield our customers from rising costs, this adjustment is unfortunately unavoidable.
This adjustment reflects the ongoing increase in our product acquisition costs, shipping, and labor, all of which impact our ability to deliver the quality you expect from us. Additionally, shipping costs in specific states—such as Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming—have significantly increased for LTL (less-than-truckload) deliveries, leading to the need to adjust rates in those areas. Further, in certain states where we have previously offered free delivery—Kentucky, Virginia, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida—a small delivery fee will apply moving forward.
We understand that making informed purchasing decisions takes time, so we’re providing you with ample notice to take advantage of current pricing before this adjustment. Rest assured, any valid quotes you receive prior to the adjustment will be honored through their expiration. Expired quotes, however, will need to be re-quoted at the new rates.
