Before reaching out to us, we kindly request that you take a moment to review this information regarding our in-stock door units and the explanation of lead times. We believe this will provide you with a clearer understanding of our processes and help address many of your potential inquiries.
When a door is marked as "in stock," it signifies that all the individual components required for the door, including slabs and framing materials, are readily available in our inventory. However, due to the extensive range of customization options we offer, such as door swing, hinge color, and glass types, as well as the varying sizes of completed units, we do not maintain fully assembled doors in stock. As a result, each door is meticulously fabricated, including framing and hanging, just before it is prepared for shipping, tailored to the specific configuration you've ordered. Furthermore, every completed door unit must be inspected and securely crated prior to shipping.
Typically, doors marked as "in stock" have a shipping lead time of 4-5 weeks from our facility in North Carolina. However, please be aware that this timeline may vary depending on the particular product. Transit times will further fluctuate based on your location, and occasional delays may occur due to terminal congestion or shipping disruptions. We kindly request that you refer to the product page for the most up-to-date information regarding the lead time for each door. Our published lead times include an as-of date, ensuring you have the most accurate information at your disposal.
