NOTE REGARDING STATUS: Once an order is placed and payment has been made the order is put into our production planning process. The next expected status will be "Shipped" once the order has shipped. Between ordering and shipment there is no other status that should be expected beyond "Awaiting Fulfillment / In Production". Our doors generally ship within our quoted lead time (5-6 weeks for stock units and 12-14 weeks for special order or custom units). Once shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.
