Our wood doors are crafted using rail and stile construction with an engineered stave core design, creating a compact and durable core that is stronger and more stable than traditional solid wood exterior doors. Standard solid wood doors are known for their natural beauty, but they can also be susceptible to warping. With our state-of-the-art engineering, we’ve tackled this challenge head-on to reduce the risk. Our doors are meticulously crafted to maintain their shape and durability, giving you the timeless elegance of solid wood front doors — without the worry of warping.
But we don’t stop at durability — our wood entry doors are as practical as they are beautiful. Featuring true divided lite (TDL) double-pane, insulated Low E Glass, our doors allow natural light to flood your home while maintaining energy and thermal efficiency. Each door comes with available stock glass options, ensuring you find the perfect fit for your home.
Our wood front doors are crafted from African Mahogany (Okoume), known for its light pink to light brown color and straight, uniform grain. This durable and strong wood has a medium hardness and high strength-to-weight ratio, making it easy to stain in a wide array of colors.
Knotty Alder is a popular wood entry door for its light color, rustic appearance, and visible knots and streaks. Ideal for homes with a rustic, Mediterranean, or cottage feel, it offers great flexibility in stain color while preserving the natural beauty and grain pattern.
When choosing a handle and lock for a wood front door, you want it to be stylish and secure.
We provide a standard double-bore preparation for tubular or cylinder door handles, with a 2-3/8” backset and 5-1/2” center-to-center holes. This setup is ideal for wooden entry doors with a standard thumb latch and deadbolt handle sets or electronic smart lock options.
Multipoint locking provides a premium look, enhanced stability, and additional security with multiple latches positioned at the top, middle, and bottom of the door — all operating simultaneously. This system, which includes a deadbolt, is ideal for taller or oversized doors.
